As much as you do not have the time to work out every morning, it is best to just sleep early and wake up early for a healthy morning run than to run or workout after work. With this, you will only be getting less sleep than you are supposed to be having. After work out, your body will be pumping hard and will be very much awake that is why it will be extremely difficult for you to sleep a few minutes after your workout and thus giving you bad sleep.

Sometimes, the culprit of our bad sleep is our snoring partner. As much as we love them we hate to sleep beside them. It’s annoying enough to be hearing their loud snore at the peak of your sleep. Sometimes, you are already having the night of your life but then a loud snore suddenly peeps in that wakes you up from the best dream you are just having. You could help your partner by giving them a sleep pillow that will help them to stop snoring and benefiting both of you.
4. Caffeine during the afternoon
As we all know, caffeine is what pushes us in the morning to have more energy. Caffeine wakes you up by fooling adenosine receptors. As adenosine is created in the brain, it binds to adenosine receptors. That is why coffee or tea is best to be consumed early in the morning for best and maximum results. That is why drinking coffee or tea late in the afternoon is not a great idea for you will have difficulty in having to sleep at night causing you a bad sleep because it is still working into keeping you wide awake.
5. Too much light
Are you guilty of using your phone right before you go to sleep? You just need one last scroll on your Facebook feed and you are good to go, right? But what if you are not. Too much blue light minutes before your bedtime help you to stay awake for a longer period of time. It is recommended to stay away from blue lights at least 2 hours before your bedtime, blue light includes your mobile phones, computers, laptops, and even your television. With this, you will no longer have to suffer from bad sleep.
